E-Forms provide Homeowners a port to submit any comments, suggestions, concerns or ideas they may have.

Owners are then able to access their own E-Form submissions under a new tab on the user profile call "My E-Forms".

These submissions are then downloaded to a "Task Manager" which allows Management/the Board, or the appropriate committee to share a "to do"/follow up list.

Tasks are assigned to specific individuals, notes are added.  Owners are kept up to date throughout the process by e-mail notifications.

There are forms for:  Committee Volunteers, Grounds, Lights, Trees and more . . .
